Where is TeraCare located?
We are located at 59 Rizal Ave, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur (inside Rabara Clinic). We are centrally located and accessible via public transport.
What are your clinic hours?
Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for physiatry consultations, interventional procedures, and physical therapy sessions. All services are strictly by appointment.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes. To ensure every patient receives high-precision, physician-led care without rushing, we operate on a strict appointment-only basis. You can book via our website, Messenger, or WhatsApp.

What is a Physiatrist?
A Physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist) is a medical doctor who has completed specialized training in the non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and neurological disorders. We focus on restoring function and quality of life rather than just masking pain.
Do I need a referral to see Dr. Rabara?
While we often work with referrals from surgeons or neurologists, a formal referral is not strictly required for an initial consultation. However, please bring any previous X-rays, MRIs, or medical abstracts you have.
Are the injections painful?
We use high-resolution ultrasound guidance for almost all injections. This allows us to see exactly where the needle is going, minimizing tissue trauma and ensuring the procedure is as comfortable and accurate as possible.

Which HMOs do you accept?
We coordinate with major providers including Maxicare, Intellicare, Avega, Medicard, Etiqa, and others. Coverage depends on your specific plan and the type of procedure (e.g., EMG-NCV vs. specialized injections).
Is PhilHealth accepted?
Yes, PhilHealth benefits can often be applied for specific inpatient rehabilitation protocols or surgical follow-ups. We provide the necessary clinical documentation for your claims.
What are your payment methods?
We accept Cash, GCash, Maya, and major Credit/Debit Cards (Mastercard/Visa) for your convenience.
Home Care Services
Do you serve areas outside of Vigan?
Yes. Our home-care therapy teams serve Vigan City and the first district of Ilocos Sur. We provide high-level rehabilitation in the comfort of your home for stroke, post-op, and geriatric patients.
Do I need to buy my own equipment for home PT?
Our therapists are experts at using what you have available at home. If specialized equipment (like a walker or specific weights) is needed, Dr. Rabara will provide a cost-effective recommendation during your evaluation.
